Worst shopping experience ever

“This was THE worst shopping experience. I ordered these chairs, then realized they weren’t high enough in the back and tried to cancel my order same day. Your system wouldn’t process the cancellation. I called and was told to try again the next day. I tried the next day. Your system didn’t “recognize” my order. I called again and was told it could take 24 hours to cancel and try again the next day. I tried AGAIN, and your system still didn’t recognize my order number. I called again and was told there was already a tracking number assigned to these chairs! I was really angry by that point. Your customer service rep told me she would issue some type of “intercept” for them and they wouldn’t be shipped. She assured me she’d follow up personally. Didn’t happen….the chairs got delivered, so I had to call again to start a return, and have you pick up the chairs! Then, I found out I wasn’t getting refunded for another 10-12 days! UNACCEPTABLE.”
