“Chairs were not very comfortable and the rollers were way to visible. The return process has been a disaster. Had to start an online chat in order to start a return rather than the typical process of following a link on most websites. They told me to take it to FedEx and ship it back at my expense. Got all the way to FedEx and it was going to be $500+ to ship. More than the chairs were by themselves. Extremely difficult to work with and urge others to not purchase from Ashley as I know I won’t going forward.”

“These two chairs complete our set for eight person dining. (we purchased 6 earlier). They add a simple elegance to the Pottery Barn Banks table. I searched and searched for these chairs. The fabric is a light oatmeal color, lightweight for guests to move around, padding is sufficient for dining-exactly the look I wanted.”

“Great chairs, classic/classy look! I liked them so much I bought eight. I do wish they had an open/pleated skirt. However, the tight fight probably keeps the chair tighter. Would highly recommend for the price.”

“Beautiful chairs. They match pretty much anything. I use them as end chairs with a black wooden painted contemporary table and 6 natural wood chairs. I get many compliments. Easy to keep clean with scotch guard and scotch guard spot cleaner. Textured looking pattern keeps it looking great.”

“I am very happy with these chairs. I ordered them online after seeing them in the store. They had a better discount online during the Labor Day sale. The store would not match the online price. The negative is I waited 6 months for them to ship due to supply chain delays. I am thrilled I waited. They came fully assembled and were in good condition upon shipment.”
