“Great looking chairs. Very solid. I was worried they would be too rough sewn but they are smooth to touch. The seating area is substantial and the price is very reasonable. I ordered 3 sets. All were perfect but one which was quickly replaced by customer service. Easy to assemble.”

“Purchase was fast and easy. Delivery was on time. I received two sets of chairs on one day and the other two chairs the next day. Assembly was straightforward and not too tricky. I did have a few screws that did not want to go in without a fight, but overall, assembly was easy. The only issue I have with these chairs is the levelers. They are made out of metal and will not stay at the set level spot. I have tile floors and can see potential scratches in the future.”

Good Chairs but Instructions Were Not Included

“Great chairs however they did not come with instructions. It was easy to figure out but at this price point I expected they would be included. I ordered the round grindleburg table with originally 4 chairs - these were assembled by the delivery men (which i was very thankful for!). I decided I wanted 2 more chairs and had to assemble these myself. It arrived via UPS and was packaged well.”

Poor quality cushions on chairs

“The wood frame is nice but the cushion is horrible and sunk in shortly after receiving them. We’ve barely had them for a year and I need to replace them as they are very uncomfortable to sit in.”

“It took 6 months to get these chairs. A long way from Viet Nam I suppose. The quality is okay. Cushioned seat is good. Putting them together was a task. Two holes lacked the threaded insert so I had to buy them from the hardware store. These chairs are by no means top of the line but are just okay. We are satisfied with them.”

“I purchased 4, 2 of which were unable to be assembled due to poor quality. Ordered two replacements and while I was able to assemble those two there is a quarter size chip out of the wood on one. Could be pretty chair of wood quality and wasn't so poor.”
