“This table is very beautiful and i was very excited to have it, however it is not able to be used as a kitchen table. I have only had this table for around 3 months, and the finish is bubbling up and cracking. I got a very small amount of water on this table, and it caused two parallel cracks which bubbled up and caused the finish to chip. If you are going to spend $1,000 on a kitchen table, it should be able to stand a little bit of water. It is beautiful, however the quality is terrible. Not being able to have any water on a kitchen table is ridiculous.”

There is a similar version of the table sold by West Elm but you can't beat this price at Ashley's for a essentially the same table. It comfortably seats 6 people if you have 6 chairs around it but I got the matching bench for 1 side so I'm able to seat 3 people on the bench. I also love that the edges and corners are all rounded so if you have small children it won't hurt (as bad) if and when they bump their head! I highly recommend this table for a timeless addition to your home!”

“I placed the order for this table in sept 2021 and expected delivery was Nov. 2021 before thanksgiving. I was told I would for sure have it. I sold my dining room table thinking this one was coming. Holidays came and went and still no table. The most recent expected delivery is Aug 20,2022. That’s just crazy. They should let customers keep ordering this table. I went into an Ashley store to see if they would sell the floor sample and they said NO. I went back 2 months later and it was sold! I went to another Ashley store and they would not sell the sample floor table either. It’s frustrating. Getting answers is just a no with. Ashley. I respect that COViD is delaying manufacturing but then they should just not allow for new orders!!!”

What seemed like an easy assemble (just the two legs and a central plank) proved difficult because the pre-drilled anchors in the table did not align well. We had tried everything but ended up just leaving one screw out so that the rest would align. It still seems very sturdy and looks lovely. All solid wood and a really pleasant medium tone.”

“I saw the table in the store and really liked it, so I ordered it online and had it shipped to my house unassembled. Now that it’s together, it looks pretty good, but a couple of the chairs seem a bit off despite being assembled exactly as directed. One is fine just being placed in the least conspicuous position, but I am considering taking the other one into the store just to make sure it’s not defective. If you purchase this, I would recommend having it professionally assembled, especially because once the chair is together, there’s really nothing you can do if it looks off. You can’t take it apart and try again because you have to screw the bars on the backs of the chairs directly into the fabric of the chairs, so taking them apart risks a rip or a misplaced hole in the fabric. Overall, I like the set and am happy with it, but as I mentioned, I am not sure at least one of the chairs isn’t defective. I will also note that both the ordering and delivery process were great.”

“Our Isanti table wasn't even 2 years old before we noticed major splits in the wood as well as peeling of the finish. There are several cracks/splits in both legs and a major one on the top of the table in one corner that has completely split through from top to bottom. It continues to expand. The salesman at the time of purchase talked me into buying a 5 year protection plan which was a total joke. I reached out to the company several times and filled out required forms, but excuses were made and my time was wasted. When I went directly to Ashley, I was told that they no longer used this company and that they could do nothing for me. I had hoped that Ashley Furniture would stand by their furniture and strive for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I was wrong. My only choice, the representative said, was to purchase a new table. Based on the table's reviews online, what happened to our table is not common and probably the result of production issues. Instead of a beautiful table, we are left with a visibly defective one from Ashley Furniture. We are so disappointed.”

“Received my dining room set with a chair that had an obvious tear in the back of the fabric and contacted Ashley Furniture within 3 days, per their policy, for a replacement chair. After submitting photos of the damage they accepted my refund and sent half of a chair to my house. After waiting for a response about the other half of the chair, I got a call asking if I was available for a technician to come and repair the tear. I explained how a replacement product was offered to me in a separate call with customer service and they explained how they didn’t see that on their end. I explained how I was told by the technicians dropping off the dining room set to call if there was any damage and I would be refunded and they said I took over a month; I haven’t had my dining set for a month and have the email receipts from Ashley proving I contacted within their 3 day window. After spending a lot of money on this dining room set from a well known company I expected to be taken care of.”

It kept happening again and again, and today we found a very tiny hole right above the same powder. It’s clear that the powder is coming from inside that hole — powderpost beetles. I will contact Ashley and the warranty department, and they need to remove this junk from our home and refund our money.”
