“After trying dozens of chairs, we chose these because they are COMFORTABLE and add a modern touch to our heirloom table. We are spending a lot more time at our dining room table now that it is more inviting. Assembly was straightforward. We recommend using a power screwdriver for the two screws in the back of the chair so that the fabric doesn’t pull. I must also admit that I was pleasantly surprised with the good quality. This was the last store we went to because I had formed an opinion about the quality of furniture from this company based on shopping from ten years ago. Improvements have been made in the quality of products they sell.”

“I purchase the Isanti dining room: table, bench and 6 chairs a little over two months ago and we absolutely love it. We decided to get two more chairs and are very disappointed since they are not exactly the same. The design, color, etc. is perfect and we love them but they are not leveled and the new “foot levelers” are terrible. The chairs are not leveled and the leveling feet are two plastic screws that will make a hole in our carpet. Please, look at the pictures and help me changing these two chairs for the original ones, these won't do.”

“Not very pleasant experience in buying and owning this furniture. The design looks good and fits my dinning room well. But the quality is below average. First, I have 2 chairs that were uneven and shaking very bad after assembling. I called Ashley, and someone came to repair. But one chair was not able to fix, so they replaced a new chair for me. After 3-4 months, I started to notice that there is a crack from the bottom of the table leg/panel. At the beginning, I don’t even want to bother to call Ashley as it began with a small crack. But after few weeks, the crack was expanding and getting bigger to around 2-3 inches. Since I have 2 kids at home, I’m afraid the crack would get bigger and eventually damage the table and cause danger. I put the transparent silicon to temporarily sealing the gap. I called Ashley, they came to inspect and said they cannot replace the table leg/panel for me as the 1-year product warranty is void if I tried to repair. Then they suggested me to”

So in order to get my chairs I had to cancel the bench and table or else I would have had to wait over a year like many who purchased back in 2021 and are still experiencing delivery delays. (I ordered my chairs in Jan and only received them last week.) If you buy these chairs I recommend you purchase the West Elm Anton Table and Anton Bench. They match perfectly!! They are more expensive but it’s better than waiting over a year if you don’t have a spare table already around.”

“I have seen the Isanti Dining Set in Ashley Furniture Store but I bought the set online last September since it says in their website that the set I wanted were available so I bought it right away and cancelled the first dining set I bought since it’s still backordered for 4 months already. The table and bench was delivered as scheduled but the chairs were taking forever to be delivered, I called customer service just to find out that the chairs were backordered until January of 2022 and their website has not been updated yet. Fast forward, the chairs have arrived after 3months and it finally completed our dining area. Isanti dining set is definetely stunning. The table and bench are both very sturdy, the dining chair is comfortable to sat on. I loved it in our space!”

The other problem I have is no under legs protection is suppled. No big deal but I have brand new flooring and worry about scratches. I will get something from Home depot. I called to see if I could get a replacement and was told it was past the 12 month warranty. Ashley did accommodate and ended up sending me a replacement for the back of the chair only. I was told that this was a one time accommodation. Two months later, one of the front legs on a different chair split into two... Just not made to last. Its a shame. These aren't cheap chairs by any means.”

“Terrible chairs and terrible customer service. I ordered 6 of these chairs along with a dining table from an Ashley furniture store. They look nice, but they will fall apart after minimal use. The screws attaching the front legs to the frame is faulty and will bend and chip the frame. 3 of my chairs already had this problem. When it came to extended warranty, they gave me a 100 dollar gift card and told me that I had to pay the difference to purchase their chair that was broken because of their faulty legs. Despite the warranty stating: "If We cannot repair the damage or replace a damaged part, the affected Furniture will be replaced with the same or a similar piece of furniture having an equal retail purchase price as the damaged Furniture." They will not fully honor the warranty. I went into the the store to negotiate a price hoping someone at the store would be more reasonable and the sales manager Steve started yelling at me and threatened the police at me as soon as I stated I wanted to record our conversation to keep a record of everything I had been told.”
