“I suggest that you don’t buy this. When you first get it, it is beautiful, but you leave something on the table and it ruins fast like water. I’ve never had a table that ruins so fast and then you ask if you can return it and they tell you no. I was planning on buying more furniture from them and now I’m not I will go somewhere else”

Terrible product and company

“While the table and chairs are beautiful, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product. The table legs are not sturdy and slant at an angle. The table wobbles (I do have a technician coming on the 26th to address the wobble). Also, after realizing the process to attach the insert, I see that it will be extremely difficult for me to use it. I am 65. The insert is too heavy for me to maneuver and the process too awkward for me to snap the insert to the table.
I called and asked to return and was told it could not be returned. However, before purchasing, I read your return policy and understood it to say that if the merchandise was not defective and unused it could be returned. I am very disappointed in Ashley and will never buy from Ashley again and will tell my friends about my negative experience.”
