“The buffet is perfect and looks great with my table/chairs! My only complaint is the delivery time was ridiculous! They notified me of the day and the window for delivery, the of their eta when 30 minutes out but the didnt arrive for over an hour and a half and they couldnt/wouldnt give any explanation for the situation! Frustrating!!!”

The staff who installed it were quick but, did not put the feet on and lost one of the drawer handles. They were respectful to the home and property. The server itself is just not great quality.”

“After waiting for the delivery- it came in broken- asked to exchange it for a different model but was told no, “Ashley doesn't do that”. After another wait and a ridiculous visit by a “technician” who had to order parts but he said they would take another month or so… I Went to the store again asking to change to a different model. Store Manager said no, they can’t do that but that he’d “personally guarantee” that a replacement set would be PERFECT, and that he had a personal friend in St Petersburg who would inspect it himself before it shipped to us. The set came in with a huge crack in the side. (The box hadn’t been opened or checked, so we were lied to by the store Mgr.). Went back to the store and threatened to send letters to the president of the company, flood social networks with our ridiculous story and file a complaint with the BBB. We were finally able to order a different set, which of course had a long lead time. One more thing- about 3 months later, the parts the technician had ordered for a set that was already returned, arrived via fedex. I returned it to the store. About a month later, the same parts arrived again. Returned them again to the store and begged them to STOP shipping these un-needed parts! The entire experience was completely pathetic- will NEVER shop at Ashley again!”

“I have been looking for several years for just the right buffet for my dining room. It couldn't be too high because of a large picture above it that can't easily be moved, and couldn't be too deep because there needed to be room to walk through a door near one end.
