“So very disappointed! I bought a dining set from Ashley 13 years ago. My dining set is used at least three times a week. My family has enjoyed many meals together over the years. Our family has expanded so we decided on buying a pair of chairs similar to our set. Out of the box, it looked perfect. That changed the minute I pushed the chair under the table. The leg broke off right where it connected to the chair. We are now going back and forth to get a replacement for it. The Salem NH store has been helpful by swapping out that chair with one of theirs. Problem is the chair is so much more “worn” than the other. It looks very unnatural and doesn’t match. We are going back tonight to see what can be done to resolve this issue. I’d like to get a new pair of chairs so that they match!!”

“I am enjoying these chairs, they look great and are very comfortable. However, I am a little disappointed that 4 of the 6 chairs that I bought wobble quite a bit. I was able to remove the wobble but it was very tedious. I would recommend these chairs if you have the capability and patience to fix the manufacturing deficiencies.”

“I love these chairs. They are so sturdy. One didn't get put together quite right and it wobbles until it's sat. (I put assemble it without reading the instructions, a bad habit.) They are so sturdy you don't notice it. I, a 64 year-old woman, put them together myself except one. There was something wrong with the threads and my husband had to use his tools to get the bolt in. They are going to be a nice addition to my custom-built, reclaimed wood table I've ordered.”

I ordered 12 lol assembly was simple and straightforward. Great quality chairs. I have sloppy family members and they clean up nicely too. I did wish the legs had some kind of protective thing, had to buy some cork ones and put them on because they did scratch my floor.”
