“I love this table - love the look, love the function. We took all the wine bottle storage dividers out, and it's a game table for us (game boxes fit great!). The only thing I knock it for is this - it doesn't wear great. The tabletop shows every scratch or scuff. The wood underneath the thin surface is MUCH lighter in color than the dark coating, so if you ever use this table with anything heavy (pile of books?) and then drag rather than lift them, you WILL see a significant damage to the top that you can't then easily fix. The surface doesn't seem to absorb Old English or stain. Just so you know. Other than that, GREAT table!”

“Just as nice-looking in person as it is online. The lengthwise boards in the tabletop are set at different heights so you cannot slide a glass across the table. It did arrive with a splintered edge but we will sand it down ourselves. Also, one box of chairs had a broken chair but the box was damaged and this was likely the carrier’s fault. It was replaced promptly.”

“Bought this table came damaged with dents and scratched the delivery men brought it all ready un packed which clearly showed it was a used returned table . I also bought 6 chairs which 5 of them came damaged as well. We called customer service which was HORRIBLE I was put on speaker phone and could hear the employees laughing about my complaints then had the phone hung up on me called back they answered and hung up until I called with a different phone they spoke to me and sent a different table and replaced a couple chairs which the new chairs had a couple chips we mentioned it to the delivery men and they painted over them with a MARKER. The replacement table has been here less than 6 months and the paint has began to chip. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. By the way this table was purchased at the Ashley store attached to the Main Place Mall in Santa Ana”

“We purchased this set through the Ashley Store in Louisville, KY. We thought we found what we were looking for finally. Pretty quickly all the chairs (we bought 6) were splintering everywhere - we have pictures as proof. As for the table, within a few months it is fading in places, the finish is peeling and it appears that none of this was sealed properly. When you spend this money one would think putting a cup on a table wouldn't destroy it. We have reached out to several people, including the store manager - and they say it is not a defect. We are well within the manufactures warranty as well. The set we received is defective and if you search reviews on other sites you will see we are not the only ones having these issues. Ashley refuses to stand by our warranty. Buyer beware in a few months you will be disappointed too.”

“I LOVED this set when we got it. After a year it started chipping. I covered it with a runner, but now it is happening all over. The chairs have also been a bummer. They look great still, but when you sit on them the center feels like you are sitting on a hole. We are not hard on furniture and I expected better than this. Sad because I shopped so long till I chose this set. I also have the 4door TV stand and the 3 door buffet and they do not have the chipping.”
