“These are the worst chairs. Other comments say the chairs legs become loose after sitting in them. That is 100% true. Only took 1 weekend. Chairs arrived damaged. Ashley offered me 5% off of the order. I replied to the offer email and told them I would like to return them instead. Waited a full week and then I had to call in to get directions on returning them for a full refund. Now they are making me donate damaged chairs (after I sent photos) to nonprofit. So now in order to get a full refund, I have to donate unsafe - damaged chairs to a nonprofit. You honestly can't make this stuff up. Ashley was our go to furniture store, but it seems they no longer care about their products or their customer service/experience.”
