“Base cracked, waited 3 weeks for replacement, had to chase, was forgotten about. Replacement came, same problem with base. Still waiting to hear about a technician coming out. Bad customer service! Guess I will be having to contact them again as feel I have been forgotten again and lost in their system. Not a happy customer”

“Beautiful table, but not functional as a dining table. The first day we had a permanent mark from a can. I didn’t know I was buying a table that needed a table cloth to use it as it was intended. Very disappointing.”

“The service with the Ashley store rep was TERRIFIC!!! She was so helpful and patient with me as I was trying to decide what I wanted to purchase. I feel in love with this table and had to have it. BUT!!!!! The distribution company that delivered my table is HORRIBLE!!!! My table was delivered without the hardware on Sept 9 and I still to this day (Oct 3) I cannot use my table. I am still waiting for someone to come out to put it together. I have reached out several times to customer service and I am given excuses and promises. Now I am waiting for another company to call to come out to assemble my table. Just a mess!!!”
