Lovely chairs BUT . . .

“We love the look/style and color of the chairs, and they are very solid. However, you cannot use the chairs with the bottom of the chair legs as they come. The back 2 legs are just bare wood and the front 2 legs have very hard plastic adjustable levelers which make a terrible noise when you pull the chair in/out and would most definitely scratch wood floors. We are working on putting hard plastic glides on all legs - not an easy fix.”

“Chairs are just like the ones we saw in the show room. The assembly was straightforward. It took about 15 minutes per chair to assemble, just as advertised. There is a problem on one of the chairs in that one screw for a forward leg does not tighten. I called customer service, and they were very responsive and ordered the replacement parts.”
