“Unfortunately the chairs that come with this table are a bit too short for the table. The other issue with this table is the shelf underneath, it hits your shins when you are sitting at the table when all the leafs are folded in. My husband and I tested this with multiple people to make sure it wasn’t just us, but everyone agreed its an uncomfortable table unless it is open to it’s full capacity as a round top. The table is well constructed and we loved the functionality that it could be a round 8 top or an oval or square 6 top, but we decided it was not going to work for us so we returned it.”

“I don't normally write reviews but on this I had to. I loved this set online. I even went to a local store to look at it prior to purchasing online, but regret buying it all together. The quality is not what you would expect from the industries leader in furniture and the customer service has been frustrating to say the least. I am process of requesting a return of the product, they said a product specialist will be calling me, we will see! 1)The smell of the product when it arrives is horrid. If you have sensitivities to smell will need to let the chairs and tables air out before brining them into the house 2)The quality of the chairs I received where horrible. Wood was rough, dents and dings, stain missing 3)The table top is not real wood and the stain rubs off very easily revealing a white subsurface which against the dark stain looks horrid.”
