I bought this table when there was a great sale on chairs. I made the mistake of not entering the code and missed the fact I was paying many hundreds of dollars more than what the deal offered. I didn’t realize it until after furniture was delivered and set up for several days. I called and waited on hold for 90 minutes to speak to someone. The agent was helpful and said she would have to speak to several people above her. Technically they owed me nothing, I screwed up. The rep said she would call me back the following week and my heart sank, thinking I’ll probably never hear back and who wants to call and wait for 2 hours. That was a Friday. Monday morning I had an email with a full credit! I am still amazed at the level of customer service I received! I highly recommend this table and Ashley”

Perfect Compliment to my antique table!

My husband didn’t want to wait until the remodel was complete to buy a set, so he refinished my grandmothers antique table, extended the legs to counter height, chalk painted the legs and stained the top. We added the two chairs from Ashley and it looks great! Chairs are perfect size, comfortable and so easy to put together!”

“Bought 6 of these chairs to surround my kitchen island. They were easy to assemble and after getting the process down for the first one the others only took about 15 min each. Having purchased these on-line without seeing them I was a bit hesitant, but these chairs are sturdy and solid. The finish has been applied evenly and looks perfect. The fabric on the seat is also of high quality and I suspect wont wear easily. I had one small issue and that was one of the chairs came with two left front legs therefore couldn’t be assembled. I called customer service and explained the issue for which they simply said we will send a new front set of legs out, no questions asked. I received the new set in about 5 days and assembled the last chair. I highly recommend these chairs and customer service was fantastic.”

“I just received my stools today. I was told that the installation was "just a few screws". That is false. Also, don't go right by the instructions like I did. They say to put the support bars in last...Well you cannot do that after the leg bolts are tightened all the way. So, don't make my mistake. Also, one of the support bars did not have the drill out hole for the screw. Guess I'll be requesting a new one. But over all, the chairs are a good size and comfortable. Next time I order something like this, I'll do it in store so they ship it all with my other items and install it for me. This seems like too much of an inconvenience.”
