“I received my chairs after waiting 6 months. .., they were supposed to be delivered but I had to pick them up in boxes and put them together ... 3 out of the 6 chair were manufactured improperly and because I picked them up .... I have to wait for someone to decided if it can be fixed rather than just replaced .... Also the store ordered the wrong chairs ,,. Later corrected and said there would be no charge due to the Bad experience but than they charged my store card over 300 .... not happy still waiting”

“The chairs are quite heavy and feels sturdy. The different style from the rest of the chairs sparks interest and completes the Bolanburg dining set. Giving 4 stars because one corner of the upholstery looked as if someone took a velcro to it and one of the metal detail popped off. Both are minor cosmetic defects and didn’t affect the functionality of the chairs.”
