Nice furniture bad customer service

“The cabinet itself is very nice. Heavy material. Nice drawers and plenty of space. Wish there was a little more height between the shelves. Only bad thing was the amount of time I waited to get this item. Originally ordered in August to have delivery canceled twice due to unavailability. Took until October 21 for delivery. Tried to get help thru customer service and was given the run around from over the telephone and also going to the store. Wanted money taken off of the price due to the wait time and lack of help. Your furniture is nice but your customer service isn't.”
