The self storing leaf was a pleasant surprise and easy to store and use when needed. The price and quality are great. I'm very happy with my purchase. Delivery communication was excellent and delivery was fast and friendly. Will recommend. FYI- when purchasing the single chair, for some reason the receipt says 2/CN on the receipt, but its actually just one chair.”

“The actual table is great quality and looks nice however, we were sent a box missing the center piece that supports the table from underneath. I have contacted Ashley twice now and still do have a confirmation saying the missing piece has been ordered. So now I have a table that has been sitting on my dining room unusable for the last five days. It should not be this difficult to get a missing piece ordered when you spend this kind of money on a product.”

“It looked like a great purchase but found a damage on one of the legs. Then I found out that the allen head wrench did not fit the bolts. Other size allen heads were tried but they did not fit either. It wobbled around. When it started to tighten the allen head would break loose. All customer service tried to do was to offer a gift certificate and then a small rebate for us to keep it and deal with it. Waiting on a call from a rep.”

The only thing we would change is maybe using a bit longer pins to help keep the table together when extended to full size. “There was a ton of miscommunication between the store I purchased the table and the warehouse where the table would be delivered from. All which only affected me and not the company. As a paying customer I am the one who suffered. Also one of the chairs had to be touched up on site by the delivery gentleman and the table has damage to it. Which i did not call and me tion because with the unprofessional way everything else was handled i had ZERO confidence that anything would be done about the damage to the table. Point in fact I will never purchase any items from this company ever again and recommend others do not also”
