“My experience was absolutely horrible. I purchased online, however the delivery wasn't going to be made for almost a month. When I called and asked why, they said a third party would be taking care of the delivery. I then decided to cancel my online order and go to the local store. Upon going there, I was able to purchase the dining room set I wanted. However, we chose to pick up from the warehouse. When trying to pick up from the warehouse, the employees there would not let us and claimed the system was down. This has been the most difficult purchasing experience.”
