“I was told Ashley was a manufacturer but if this is a 2600 dollars dinning table is very low quality the table had details so as the chairs have scratches and are uneven I called their insurance the same day they said it wasn't in their system that I needed 24 to 48 hours for the system to update so I call again but was told I was caller 167 decide to do it via text and they give me a Case # that was last Friday today is Tuesday 2:00pm no one has called me to come and fix my issue with this very expensive experience with Ashley furniture not worth it”

“I searched high and low for a counter height extendable table, they are not easy to find. But so happy I found this set! The color is exactly what I wanted. I like taller tables, I just feel they are more comfortable to sit at, but also needed a table that would extend during the holidays to fit my family. Had to wait a few months for these to arrive, but was worth the wait! The finish on the wood is really nice, the color is a soft brown and has a little distressing on it which will help hide any scratches that may happen in the future. The table pulls out on both sides to add a 1' extension to comfortably seat 8, 10 if you get cozy. The chairs are very solid, well made and heavy, not in a bad way just doesn't feel cheap and chinsy. The material on the cushions is a nice and neutral color, kind of oatmeal. Everything was easy to assemble, my hubby did have to redrill two holes on the bottom of the table to line up, but wasn't a big deal for us. I am an interior designer so I am a tad picky about my home and the finishes in it. I am very pleased with this set, the look, the quality and the fact I will be able to keep this set for a very long time. Very happy with our purchase and highly recommend! Love it!!!”

“Purchased this set through the Raymor and Flanagan outlet store. I love the look and the set seemed sturdy when we received it. Less than 2 years later and the wood is bubbling/peeling. We use placemats and coasters and don’t leave anything in the table that could ruin it, yet the wood is still getting worse by the week. The manufacturer warranty is only 1 year so if you purchase this I highly recommend buying extra protection to cover this. Very disappointing and I expect we’ll need to buy a new set within another year.”

“This dining set is absolutely 'Beautiful!" You can tell the quality of the table and chairs when lifting to move them. It is a well made, heavy, and will last forever. The chairs sit higher than most dining sets, but then they are called "bar stools" from what I remember. We like this because we are adults with no small children. The light color of the fabric lining the chairs and the bench, blend with everything. Three (not very large) people can actually sit on the bench, and the bench can be moved close to the table and tucked closely under the table to take up less space (when not being used). We removed the extension leaves and stored them away for a time when we need more length. This versatility is great!”

The table is heavy duty and stable and I love the extra flat board between the two pedestals which allows you to rest your feet if you do not want to use the chair rungs. The extension leaves are towards the ends rather than the middle and have locking mechanisms when in place. The table top has an interesting pattern to the boards that make it more interesting than a regular table.”

However, I do have only one thing I'm not super crazy about and it's the groves on top of the table. It has lines and when you eat something that has crumbs, it gets stuck in there. Either with a card or vacuum cleaner would do the job. Didn't realize this would be an issue but it is.”

“Upon Delivery, the team took pictures of the damages of the table after setting up that table then was told i have to set up an appointment with a technician to FIX a brand new table. Then a week later I was told it’s my fault I didnt refuse delievery by your “care” team! Absolutely unacceptable. I didn’t order refurbished furniture.”

“The table its self is really nice. However, I paid for the White Glove Assembly package and the two individuals that delivered the table did not assemble any of the chairs. When I asked then to assemble the chairs, they told me that they were not here to assemble the chairs, that only had time to do the table. As a purchased set (table & chairs) all should have been assembled - since I paid for it.”
