Pretty fabric chairs but defective legs.

“Terrible quality control. 3 out of 4 chairs tweeked. The back legs come already attached from the factory and are crooked. Could not see how bad it was until the chairs were completely assembled and you looked at them under the table from across the room. What a disaster. I am now stuck with these because we have assembled them and discarded the boxes.”

“Nice chairs. Seem to be built well. Solid construction and comfortable, but take your time to assemble them correctly. I used a long handle allen wrench rather than the small one that comes with the packaged hardware. Made assembly easier.”

“Not a rating of the chair but of Ashley. Never shopped here before and ordered 4 chairs online. 2 chairs showed up today and according to the FedEx website the other 2 were damaged in transit. I called customer service to see when I will get my other 2 chairs. Spent 45 min to get zero solutions. They said they shipped the damaged chairs to the warehouse to see how damaged they are and then they will either send them back to me or send other ones. I asked if they could send me 2 new chairs asap as I’m leaving the county next week and won’t be home for delivery and also don’t want damaged chairs. He said no that I can keep an eye on the FedEx website and when I see it reshipped I can request a different delivery date for when I’m back in the country. This is totally unacceptable and I do not want to spend my vacation logging into FedEx to see when they are shipping them and hoping they can change my delivery date and also don’t want them delivered when I’m gone. Wish I never bought them.”
