“While the table is beautiful it is NOT as pictured. It is a complete different shade, much darker. Customer service has been TERRIBLE. I contacted Ashley same day as delivery occurred, where I requested a member of management contact me to discuss. I was told someone would contact me within 24 hours, no one reached out. Have sent 5 different emails, no response. We’ve done numerous business with Ashley in the past but I can no longer in good conscience recommend them.”

“For some reason, Ashley could not take our credit card payment. Tried online for several hours and then finally my wife had to drive to Ashley and they still had problems taking payment. It finally got settled.Table had multiple scuffs upon arrival and the leaf was missing screws and fell apart. Dealing with customer service is an ongoing issue. I told them I wanted a refund and they said it would take 24 to 72 hours to process it. It’s been nine days and I’m still waiting for an update. Complete letdown.”
