Color not as advertised

“The color showed online is total inaccurate. I a very displeased. I understand the color can be a little off when viewing online., but these are not even close. I a considering returning them since the dark color of the chairs really don’t match the table I got them to go with. But I am dreading dealing with Ashley customer service since it is truly the worst. When will I learn not to buy anything from Ashley I have yet to purchase anything I have been pleased with.”

“I absolutely adore these chairs! The seat is wider than I anticipated, but it’s just right. The color matches the description perfectly, and the wheels roll smoothly. I purchased 4 but only have 3 under my table. My table is expandable and I have a bench so the 4th will get utilized also. I recommend”

Nightmare to work with

“Chairs were not very comfortable and the rollers were way to visible. The return process has been a disaster. Had to start an online chat in order to start a return rather than the typical process of following a link on most websites. They told me to take it to FedEx and ship it back at my expense. Got all the way to FedEx and it was going to be $500+ to ship. More than the chairs were by themselves. Extremely difficult to work with and urge others to not purchase from Ashley as I know I won’t going forward.”

“I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture at all. My experience with their customer service was absolutely abysmal. I paid for white glove delivery, expecting everything to be assembled and taken away, but my order arrived in separate shipments. The delivery person was unprofessional and visibly angry when he arrived. We expected him to take the box containing half of our order with him, but he refused and left. Their rudeness was completely unacceptable.”

“I loved the chairs at first but now I’m annoyed because the wheels have to constantly be screwed back on or adjusted. One broke off when my husband sat on it (he’s only 200 pound) because the wheels weren’t screwed all the way in. You have to be careful how you sit on them. I wish they came with extra wheels because they show wear quickly and don’t roll smooth. We’ve only had ours 6 months. They do look beautiful and are easy to clean! Go for it if you don’t mind high maintenance chairs!”
