“First problem Ashley sold me a bench to complete the dining set, that's not even in the store's inventory. In fact, Ashley is waiting for production of the bench. I called 12 times after the customer service rep. helped me place this order for merchandise the store DOESN'T HAVE!!! IT'S ON BACK ORDER. Online customer service had me talk to FedEx 6 times to hold the partial delivery until and IF THE BENCH COMES IN, AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR IT IN FULL. ASHLEY SHOULD NOT SELL PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT HAVE! I'M INCONVENIENCED AND PISSED BECAUSE WITHOUT THE ENTIRE ORDER, I DO NOT HAVE ANYWHERE TO HOUSE THESE BOXES THAT FEDEX delivery people ...RUDELY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY ... LEFT OUTSIDE THE GROUND!
Please note, Had I been informed with the correct information about the bench...I would have delayed the whole order based on the bench! Without the bench in a timely order, I will return the entire order. Ashley's started this mess when they ERRORONESLY SOLD MERCHANDISE THEY DON'T HAVE! AND I'M QUESTIONING IF THEY WILL EVER HAVE IT! In light of what I've gone through to get this delivery set it correctly. Please Note and verify my statements based on all the following:

“Well so far, things are not good. When we opened the box we discovered that both the table and leaf were damaged. We called immediately to Ashley's about what to do. They asked us to send an email with a picture of the damage. I sent it back immediately. The young lady on the phone confirmed the damage and stated that a new on was being shipped. I have heard nothing since the original contact. If something changes I would gladly give a new review.”

“I accidently and stupidly ordered the counter height table instead of the regular. I called customer service three times to try and get help just to change the item number to the correct table. No one could help me. I was told to wait for 24 hours to cancel. I will cancel the order but I will not re-order. Ashley has lost my business.”
