“Impossible to assemble. Came with parts missing the pre-drilled holes. The manufacturer was impossible to deal with to get a replacement part. They just stopped responding to emails. Ashley Furniture was only able to start the return process and not able to send a replacement part.”

“I have been looking for a L-shaped nook and most reviews on line sites had mixed reviews. I saw this on Ashley and called the local store (Roseville, ca) and spoke to DJ who advised me that they stand behind this product, arrived and was easy to install 2 hours, and is beautiful and not cheap wood and with the cushions is a beautiful table for what I needed!”
