“I ordered this table 6/08 and it was out for delivery 6/18. FedEx then updated to package exception. Called Ashley to see what was going on with the package and was told I would get a call back following day. I did not get a call. When the package finally arrived 06/25, it arrived in this condition. Box completely open and damaged. Called Ashley and they said to send pictures and they’ll get back to me in 3-5 business days. No immediate solution. Very disappointed in this company. I understand they were not the ones to deliver but they should have offered an immediate solution.”
