“We recently bought the Lumisource Folia Fabrizzi dining table with 2 chairs for our new house. I was excited to find something stylish and affordable, but once it was assembled, it just didn’t live up to expectations.
The main issue is the size and comfort of the chairs. I’m 5’3” and about 150 lbs, and even I feel squeezed in the seat. My boyfriend is 6’0” with a bigger build and can’t sit straight in the chair at all — he has to turn sideways to fit. For a dining set, that’s a big problem.
There are also noticeable quality issues. Several of the legs have large sanded or gouged areas where the finish is scraped off, and because of the glass top, those flaws are very visible. The part you see the most — the top of the table — ends up looking flawed, cheap and unfinished.
Overall, this will probably just be a temporary table for us until we can replace it. If you can, I’d recommend saving up a bit more and choosing a sturdier, better-finished set.”
