“Doesn’t line up for the drawer to close on the shelf unit. Also is missing pre-drilled holes for the bottom shelves. The sideboard was okay.
I wouldn’t buy again.”

“We absolutely love this unit! It was exactly what we wanted for the home office. The pieces went together nicely. The toggle switches to hold the pieces together….. brilliant!!! The drawers slide nicely. All the doors lined up correctly. We had two pieces that came damaged, but customer service sent to replacement pieces immediately. It was a seamless process and we are pleased with the outcome!”

“I’m still waiting for all of it to be delivered. I’ve only received one of the shelves and no one seems to know where the rest of it is. I’m out a lot of money and have no furniture, but Ashley furniture has my money. Not a happy customer and won’t shop at Ashley furniture again.”

Once put together, entire piece looked great!

“Liked that all pieces and hardware was included, no missing pieces. However, instructions were not very clear so had to take a bookcase and middle section apart to get the pieces in the correct direction. Couple of the legs, one on bookcase, other on middle section, had to be glued on. The piece in the bottom of the base came out when the bolt was screwed into it.”
