“These chairs aren't as white as they look in the photos. I opened of box, once I saw that I immediately called them for a return. I have the painstaking task of trying to send them back. Waiting on an email that can take 3-5 business days which is ridiculous. Had to send a picture for some strange reason as well to them. I'm not sure if it's to justify the return like I can't send them back IF that's my prerogative. They're pretty just have too much brown in the them. My area is strictly black and white that I need them for. I don't recommend if you're buying them thinking they'll match an area that's black and white. If it's a deep cream that you're looking, for they will. The material has hues of brown in it. Even my camera lightened the photo up some, which is deceiving. I'm really disappointed to have to go through this. I wish they could be taken back to a brick and mortar Ashley Furniture store.”
