“The seating and table does not seat 5 comfortably. I would've returned it, but it's fully assembled at this point. Would be great for a family of 2-3 people.”

Shockingly bad customer service, and an incorrect order

“While making this order online I was not able to change the color of the cushions (Ashley’s offers black cushions which I wanted) I called customer service to get the change made, and was met with the most unhelpful and rude service I can imagine. Apparently Ashley is using people from the Philippines to run customer service, who not only would not and could not make any changes to the order, but also lied about even trying to cancel it! As a country, I think we’ve lost the plot when it comes to customer service. I’ve seen where these furniture items are being shipped from: Georgia and North Carolina. I am quite sure Ashley could hire some nice people from either of those places to provide real customer service. The offshoring of our businesses needs to stop. It may save a few dollars but it’s not doing us any good really.”

So many splinters even when sanded. I do not recommend.

“Would not recommend. Corner bench was extremely hard to put together. Extremely rough and splintered, I sanded it down extensively and my kids are STILL getting splinters two weeks later. Also some pre drilled holes were not in the right place, made it very difficult and the bench does not completely line up because of it. Cushions are not easy to clean so we tossed them.”

“Assembly was not a very big challenge, the last few steps of adding the support in the back when no holes are provided were tricky could be better. Documentation in English is also recommended instead of just pictures.”
