Very overpriced for what you get.

“This is the same set (minus the cushions) that we purchased at Costco several years ago for $149.99. It is Brazilian pine which is extremely soft wood and does not hold up well to daily use. The supposed original price of $707 is laughable.”

Very good solid furniture

“Pretty solid piece of furniture. It fit perfectly in the corner of our kitchenette. Ours came with the seat cushions which are very comfy. We just wish it would have the backrest option as well. It took about 3 hours to assemble using screwdriver, I'm sure much faster if utilizing a power tool. Be sure to carefully observe the assembly pictures because if you assemble a certain piece the wrong direction, your going to add a lot more time. No fun. Over all the instructions in the manual are straight forward. We would recommend.”

“Beautiful, nice finish, great quality and fits perfectly in my kitchen. It is sturdy! I did most of putting it together, then I definitely needed a 2nd person to help finish. Electric drill is a must have for this.”

Breakfast nook, and cushions

“I love the breakfast nook. Assembly was easy. The cushions look great and fit great the one thing I would change is there’s a piece in the back that if you don’t put it in the corner it has a lot of screw holes that show. I will find a piece of wood to cover that. I would recommend this for anyone who has a small eating area that wants to make it look great and be a useful addition to your kitchen.”

Arrived with long crack but cannot get hold of their specialist for resolution

“I really love this set but I’m deeply disappointed with the service I’ve received. I received a broken piece on the back of the corner seat, and I’ve contacted Ashley customer service via chat and phone multiple times to request a replacement or exchange for the piece. The customer service representatives, who were contractors, were very friendly and helpful. However, they were unable to assist me further and forwarded my case to Ashley’s “Specialist.” Despite my repeated requests for communication, the Specialist never contacted me and closed my case. They made note in their system that they had sent me emails, but I never received them. I’ve checked all my email folders and had the customer service representatives send me the emails twice to verify and I was able to receive both emails, but none from the Specialist. It’s frustrating that the specialist, who has my phone number, didn’t call me before closing my case.
I called the customer service again and resubmitted all the photos to prove the broken part.
Ashley’s specialists, please respond to me. I will revise this review after receiving the exchange/replacement piece. Or at least let me know you don’t want to send me the replacement. Thank you!”
