“Terrible! Still waiting for a part to complete the drawer. Have tried several ways to contact the selller to know avail. Even tried the actual store in Seabrook and was told they could not help me because I placed the order on line. I would like my money back or the missing part. I am very disappointed. This was supposed to be a gift to my son and daughter in law! 😠😠😠”

“It was hard to put together as the tool they gave for the screws was too small. We had to use our own tool. Then the one side part of the drawer was wrong, so we had to call for a new part and that took 2 weeks to get and multiple calls. When part came it was all chip, but we used it anyway as it wouldn't show inside the drawer. Now that it's together, it serves the purpose on why we got it.”

“Every piece wanted to go in crooked. The pilot holes were not drilled in straight at all. It took an impact drill to get everything to align. Build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Would never purchase again.”

“I like the end result, cart is sturdy, cupboard is a nice size, door closes well. The drawer is sturdy. I opted to leave off the hanging rack. 4 stars because putting it together was a chore! I had to re-drill all the holes for the larger screws. Using an Allen wrench for the size of the screws was ridiculous! You already need a screwdriver for the smaller screws. It would have been much easier if the larger screws were also Phillips head. I would recommend this cart, just be aware you will need a drill and substitute screws will save a lot of aggravation.”

“I have been looking for a cart to hold my Breville Oracle Touch. There is an area at the end of my counter that is bare and this cart fits perfectly. The dimensions are the exact measurement I’m looking for. The only downside is it took me an hour and a half to assemble by myself. I would recommend using a better quality Allen wrench or other alternative.”

“This cart is a nice size - big enough for our countertop oven/air fryer, but small enough for our small apartment! We love the granite top, though it does make it a little top heavy, so you have to be careful while rolling it so that it doesn't tip over if one of the casters gets stuck.
It is pretty well made. We did find a couple of places where the wood is starting to split, but it hasn't affected the overall integrity. It did take me almost 2 hours to put it together and some steps required 2 people (my husband helped for those parts.) But we are pretty happy with it.”

“So far, I'm pretty happy with my kitchen cart. The granite top is beautiful. The drawer slides nicely. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the towel bar could be put on either side and the material of the cart is not very durable. As expected, a split occurred during assembly.”

If you are not a DIY person I would warn against this item as you need leveler, clamps, and drill set to complete. ALSO- it required a lot more time (and unnecessary frustration) to complete assembly!!!
Ashley…. It would be helpful to alert the manufacturer to advise them of this defect.”

“Not to crazy about thuz product. The instructions are not very clear. The parts don't fit together. The screws are too large for the designated predrilled holes. I learned the hard way after I almost split the wood. Had to use a larger drill to make it work. Thd hex wrench is too small keep dropping it was frustrating. After I finally got it assembled 2 hrs later. It is flimsy and not very stable. I would have returned it but I didn't want to have to disassemble it.”

“It arrived with a crack in the leg. I bought some wood glue and clamps to repair it.
The pilot holes were too small for the cheap wood and the size of the screws and two of the cross bars cracked.
To of the holes are not large enough to accommodate the size of the screw holes.
27 Sept. I called an Ashley store in the local area and I was informed that they have nothing to do with the online Ashley store. I should call the number on the Ashley website, which I did.
Aileen, the woman I spoke to said they don't want a damaged product returned and I should dispose of it.
Aileen said I would receive a refund in 7-10 days.
This is my first and last time I will order a product on line.”

The drawers holds light items and the shelf and 'cabinet' give extra room. Granite top is lovely. It was very time consuming and a bit difficult to assemble, plus missing a couple dowels which was disappointing. But the finished result is just what I wanted!”
