“The table's color is significantly darker than it appears in the picture and lacks a natural look. Additionally, when purchasing online, if the item doesn't match the order or is not what you want, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs since in-store returns are not possible.”

“We love our new dining set! Delivery was a problem though. They just left it at the bottom of the stairs and we had to get a friend to help us drag it into our apartment. Easy assemble.”

Not bad dining set

“I just bought this dining set and overall it’s a cute set but I didn’t love the finish in person. There’s some gray coloring to the finish that just throws me off, I would’ve completely loved it if was all natural finish. Also the seat cushions are a little stiff and uncomfortable but I’m thinking they will soften over time. We actually wanted to return it but at first we were told we’d have to pay to ship it back and the estimate given to us was a big amount considering how heavy the boxes were so we ended up keeping. Although a few days later we received an email that they would schedule a pick up for us after all but at that point we had grown sick of just having boxes sitting in our home so we ended up building it and tossed the boxes so it was a little too late.”

“I buy all my stuff in Ashley because of their high quality but was very disappointed in this purchase! The set looks very different from the photos displayed! The color of the chairs is different too! And so many defects in the product as you can see in the pictures! Highly don't reccomend!”
