bad customer experience with broken table

“We had a terrible experience with this online purchase—not just because of the poor product quality but also due to the frustrating customer service.
Our table arrived with a broken corner, and when we reached out for support, we were given conflicting and unreasonable options. Initially, we were told that if we requested a replacement, they would not pick up the broken table, leaving us to deal with it on our own. If we requested a refund, we would have to donate the entire package to a charitable organization.
We opted for a replacement, but later, another representative told us that our choices were either a 10% discount for keeping the damaged table or donating it to get a replacement—completely contradicting what we were originally told.
We specifically purchased this set online because we don’t own a large vehicle for transportation, yet we are now expected to handle the disposal ourselves and cover any related fees. To make matters worse, they won’t even ship the replacement”
