Needed replacement due to missing holes for screws, otherwise quality was good

“Quality of items is great but unfortunately, one of the chairs was missing the holes for the screws to go into. I reached out to customer service and after providing them with photos for proof like they asked, they told me the item wasn’t available to be replaced. They did give me a partial refund but to be honest I would’ve preferred to get the item replaced since now the set has one less chair. Hope they look into this so it doesn’t happen again to someone else. Still gave 4 stars since they still gave me some of my money back and the products that did arrive correctly made were great!”

“Exactly what we wanted. Ordered Thursday night, shipped Friday and delivered on Sunday. I have never received furniture this fast. Good quality. Assembly went smoothly. Design of hardware, bolts & nuts are excellent. Strong parts and design. Cushions are firm, but comfortable. Everything seems solid and strong. So far, nothing negative to report.”

“I was really looking forward to this dining room set due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, the table has dark stains, the chairs are wobbly and the fabric of one of the chairs is also stained. I called as soon as I put it together, they said something about a third party company will be reaching out to me and I have yet to hear from them, that’s why I’m writing this review. I would like to return it but they said I needed this third party’s authorization which doesn’t make any sense to me because I bought it from Ashley.com. I am not really sure how to proceed.”
