“I just moved into my condo unit and needing a new dining set. I saw this online and it has really good reviews and I was not disappointed. The construction is very well made from the chair seat material, its height to the table. Very comfortable. Overall, beautiful color, clean, giving minimalist, simple yet elegant vibe. I just thought to make a review to share the good word about this set. You will not regret it.
The delivery and packaging is also 5 star. Thank you Ashley team for doing a great job^^”

Terrible Customer Service

“Terrible experience with Ashley delivery. They delivered the chairs, but the table was missing. It took 5 lengthy calls to try to get them to understand that I just needed the table that’s missing. I hate to say this, but no one from customer service could really speak English well at all. It was very difficult and extremely frustrating to communicate. I first had to call 10 days out to just find out that the table was missing, they never updated me. The first person I spoke to when calling customer service. ordered a replacement set. I found out about that because I received an email saying I was charged again for the set. On this call the person ordered just the table and said that they canceled the order for the set. I received the table and thought everything was good at that point. 2 days later, I received the whole entire set again. I called once again with difficult communication to try to get them to pick up that set. Finally after getting through to them, they told me it was set for pick up. About an hour later I got a phone call from Ashley telling me sorry it’s not a returnable item, donate it. Their error became my problem. After this experience, I would never order any furniture from Ashley ever again.”
