“Got a crappy set. Pieces were swapped with wrong label not once, but TWICE. Luckily the manual made sure we had right pieces.
Assembler screwed in the sliding metal drawer piece AT AN ANGLE! Luckily I caught it and got husband to remeasure and screw it correctly otherwise a pain to fix once it’s all assembled :(.
Missing part to a critical door piece so we have one cabinet missing a door. Was on hold for 20 minutes to ask for replacement part and eventually hung up and asked my husband to deal with it.
Assembly took way longer bc of all these issues and then trying to call 866# didnt go well either.”
