Poor Customer Service and Damaged Product Received

“I’m very disappointed with the customer service experience. I received a damaged chair that had clearly been opened and returned before—it was not properly packaged like the other chair, which was wrapped in a foam sheet.
I contacted customer support and spoke with Ashley, providing photos of the damage as requested. I was told someone would follow up within 48 hours, but it’s been over a week and I’ve received no response or update.
This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I would appreciate prompt action to resolve this issue.”
