“One chair came broken and customer service to get the issue fixed has been a nightmare. These chairs were not cheap and responses have been very slow. I received the chair over 2 weeks ago and still have no resolution and still cannot use the chair. Not even sure that the issue will ever get resolved. Will not be ordering from Ashley again for this reason.”
