Missing a large piece, terrible slow customer service

“It arrived missing the exterior side piece. Huge hassle to get it replaced from Ashley - slow and unhelpful customer service. Would never order again. Looks fine, but cheap in person. Typical IKEA or one step down from Target style furniture.”
