Bad quality with broken boards

“I bought 2 sideboards to set up the house for Thanksgiving. They arrived on time, but when I open them, one set has many broken boards and missing bolts and nuts. I contacted customer service but they put me on the chat line. After waiting for almost 45 minutes, the lady on the chat line (she was very nice and polite telling me to continue to wait), finally got to my ordered and looked the pictures of the boards and recorded. The whole process took more than 2 hours, but after that she told me to wait for Ashley to call me. It has been 3 days now and no one called me. Thanksgiving is tomorrow and my house is a mess with all the broken boards. I will never order online from Ashley store again. I am very upset now.”
