Quality counter stool but slightly tilted seatback

“The stool works well and seems to use high quality materials. Aesthetically, the seatback was screwed in a little tilted. It's not much, but just looks obviously next to other stools with level seatbacks. It's not something you can fix yourself, but that was recommended by the support emails. I was a little disappointed but in other cases they have replaced the item, so the customer service is decent too.”
