Nice piece, arrived broken w/ no help.

“The piece itself is fine, I guess, because it's still in pieces because it arrived with four parts broken. We've gone through all the steps the company required to prove that it is, in fact, broken, but we've been waiting almost a month now for some kind of replacement. The company keeps saying "give us 24 hours." I won't ever order from here again, and I'd advise everyone else to avoid them as well.”

“There were broken pieces when we went to put it together. I’ve called Ashley service center so I can return it. I called on Monday September 8th. I’ve not heard back from them to proceed in returning the furniture piece so I can get my money back.”
