Bad overall management and lack of needed services

“The delivery was sloppy and irresponsible. They left the box outside in view of and just a few steps from my garage, that was open! I had to hire a company to put it together, still waiting. The reason why I used Ashley was because I had ordered another item before and the company provided assembly, which I paid for, but was very efficient. Since I’m an elderly lady that can’t deal with heavy furniture, after this experience, I decided not to use or recommend Ashley ever again.”

Nice piece of furniture

“Overall this is a nice piece of furniture, drawers are sturdier than expected though not as deep as I would have wished for. I like that shelving is adjustable in cabinets. Fit's in the space we have. Shipping went well.
Really needs two people to put it together.”
