“The chair is made well, a little short for counter height but, overall a very nice looking chair. However, one of the chairs was broken in the packaging and, Ashley’s customer service is less than desirable! I’ve tried chat and, phone ( in which is overseas and scripted help, which equals zero help!) I am still awaiting directions and, assistance on the broken chair. I’d avoid Ashley if seeking furniture online. Even the store can not help if placed online!”
