“Extremely disappointed. They look completely different in person than online. The color is much darker in person. Now I’m in limbo trying to get a refund and waiting for them to follow through with covering the shipping cost. Beware! If you order online and want to return the item(s) they make you pay for shipping which is extremely expensive! That information is not disclosed when you place your order. I am a first time Ashley customer and I expected much more than this outcome.”

“I’m always skeptical of buying furniture online and ideally I prefer to see it in store before making such purchases. I should have listened to my intuition this time. These chairs look cheap. The stain of the wood looks much brighter and red than the picture online and the raffia material just looks way too peach and plasticky. I attempted to return them but because they weren’t technically “damaged”, Ashley Furniture would not cover the cost for me to ship them back. It is VERY expensive to ship them back - more than what I paid for them. So now I am stuck with them and have to find someone to sell them to. Be very weary of purchasing items online with no customer reviews on them. ESPECIALLY furniture!”
