“Although the stools didn’t work out and I didn’t see the three day window to return them, Ashley first offered to pay shipping; thinking we had to keep them, we had put them together and thrown away the boxes. As a result, we were told to donate them and we got a full credit. Ashley went above and beyond and they are much appreciated!!!”
