False advertising regarding preassembly

“I purchased this item as a disability aid in the kitchen. The product details said it came preassembled. When I tried to order, I first received errors when I tried to place the order and had to contact an agent. After I finally placed the order, the receipt said that that assembly was required, even though that isn't what the product description stated. I called again and spoke to another agent, who confirmed that this item does not come preassembled because this comes from a third party vendor. I requested a cancellation, which apparently has to be submitted to this vendor. I submitted a complaint regarding false advertising. Hopefully I get a refund.”
