WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

“I never received the item ordered. It was damaged in shipping and FedEx sent it back. When I called to get a replacement sent out immediately that didn’t happen. I was told I would have to wait and a specialist would email in 3-5 days. Why do I need to wait to for someone to contact me. The delivery never happen. FedEx felt the package was too damaged to deliver.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! I bed that I Order from wayfair was also damaged and sent back by FedEx wayfair sent me out a replacement the same day I called. I can’t say whether I would recommend the Milo sideboard or not, but I definitely Do not recommend Ashley. Last time I will shop here!”

“Overall I’m happy. It looks great. Just a couple of small quality issues keep me from giving 5 stars. Both right doors were off, so I had to DIY a little bumper underneath to push the corner up and make it even. Also, the sheets for the backside didn’t fit right so the two sheets overlap and hang off the bottom just a bit. Luckily it can’t be seen from the front. It looks great and was a good deal, so again, I’m happy with the purchase.”

“A couple small dents on the doors and one of the four doors hangs uneven. There is what seems to be a discolored (gray) fingerprint in the finish of one door. Drawers could slide better, but function well enough.”
