“One drawer piece was split down the middle in manner suggesting a manufacturing defect and not the result of shipping. After several hours of assembly, I was disappointed that the front trim didn't line up properly and the drawers are misaligned and do not completely shut. The photos show the extent that the drawers will close. One drawer hits the top trim piece and both drawers have large gaps beneath them and the cross piece. I haven't even bothered trying to attached the doors yet. I would not recommend.”

“Is is possible to have negative stars? If so, sign me up. I hate to say it, but this piece of furniture was horrible. I bought two of them to act as side accents in a room. I understand that you get what you pay for, but I have seen better quality from the discount aisle at a thrift store. The first problem was the shipping, which I won't blame on Ashley, per se. Fed Ex did a horrible job of delivering boxes, dropping both of them. Both shipments were damaged because of how they were handled, but how they were packaged allowed the sides to be damaged. Crosley, the maker of this furniture, did a good job replacing the damaged parts. The assembly was pretty straight forward and then came the disappointment. The doors don't align. I can understand that they miss by a little bit, but these were off by a noticeable amount. I have attached images to show how badly the doors align. Again, I know you get what you pay for, but at this price, I would expect the doors would align better or they could at least be adjusted!”

Good for Price - Damaged Parts

“We bought this sideboard because it looked good and wasn't too expensive.
Two of the parts arrived damage -- the top panel and one of the cabinet doors. The initial phone rep was quite helpful in setting up replacements, but we were never contacted to set up a delivery time.
The replacements parts did arrive within the notified window, though. The door was fine, but the replacement top panel was also damaged.
I didn't catch that until I'd assembled the sideboard. My partner and I decided it wasn't worth leaving everything half-assembled on the floor to wait for another replacement. It's a small nick, and we'll probably cover the entire top surface with a cloth to prevent moisture damage from any half-dry pans/bowls we keep on top of the sideboard.”
