“Thank you so much.
Currently, our wine cabinet has been picked up by FEDEX & I am awaiting to see my refund credit to my account. When will I see my credit?
I was very displeased with my customer service with Ashley Furniture. I want to be clear that the 3 service representatives with whom I spoke were all courteous. In fact, they all repeated the same "3 to 5 business days" for my request to be processed.
I ordered the cabinet online & soon discovered it was damaged in multiple places: the 2 biggest pieces, the 2 smaller end pieces, & one light board that functions as a divider was actually torn. Those things happen. My issue was I was in the middle of a move. I was trying to put this piece of furniture together at my new house before movers brought more of my furniture in 4 days. I was looking for action.
The first person I spoke with told me that Ashley would understandably need a picture of the damage. So I immediately uploaded the picture. He was then the first who told me it”
